Inclusion within VIAT will be defined and enacted as ensuring that all pupils feel safe, secure and successful, with systems and practice designed to enable every child to belong, achieve and thrive to their full potential.
In addition, the role will contribute significantly to the Trust’s strategic ambition to grow sustainably and with integrity, ensuring that expansion strengthens the quality of education, inclusion and leadership capacity across VIAT. The postholder will help position the Trust as a system leader, building strong partnerships, developing networks and contributing to a self‑improving school system where expertise is shared, leadership capacity is strengthened, and all schools benefit from working together as one Trust.
