We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Management Apprentice to join our Account Management Team in March. Our Apprenticeship scheme is designed to develop our future talent by giving you hands on exposure to projects and real responsibility from day one. You’ll join a dynamic Account Management team who will support you throughout with structured training and invaluable industry experience. During your time on programme, you will complete a Sales Executive Level 4 Apprenticeship to develop your Commercial knowledge and skills.

1. You’ll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, helping them grow from start-ups to established businesses.
2. You’ll learn how to monitor client performance, identify opportunities for improvement and prepare reports to showcase success.
3. You’ll assist in developing growth strategies and identifying opportunities for expansion
4. You’ll help resolve account queries and support escalations under guidance
5. You’ll learn how to maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress using Evri’s CRM system
6. You’ll collaborate with experienced Account Managers, Finance Business Managers, and industry leading operation experts
7. You’ll build strong relationships with internal teams and learn how to communicate effectively with clients.
8. You’ll develop an understanding of Evri’s products, services, and customer service processes.
9. You’ll develop skills to deliver top quality customer services and manage high profile, high expectation clients at all levels of an organisation.
10. You’ll receive mentoring and join a network of emerging talent through our EVRi Emerging Talent Development programme.
What you’ll need to become an Account Management Apprentice:
11. GCSEs – C or above in English, Science and Maths, plus three non-core subjects at C or above
12. Personable and approachable, with a genuine interest in helping businesses succeed.
13. Curious and eager to learn, with a proactive attitude.
14. Organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple tasks while keeping a positive outlook.
15. A great communicator, both in writing and over the phone.
16. Resilient and solution-focused, ready to tackle challenges with creativity.
17. Is organized but flexible, able to juggle priorities without losing the human touch.
18. Feels comfortable and confident on the phone, enjoying conversations that build trust and rapport.
19. Basic IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
20. No prior experience required—just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
21. An interest in e-commerce or business growth would be a bonus.
Please note that this apprenticeship will require individuals to be based from our Leeds Office (Capitol House, 1 Capitol Close, Morley, Leeds, LS27 0WH) at least 3 days a week. Apprentices must be within 1 hours travel to the office.
