Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to incoming sales enquiries and provide product guidance
* Prepare quotations, upsell and cross-sell to maximise value
* Process orders and warranty claims accurately
* Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally
* Maintain and update CRM records with accurate customer data
* Liaise with suppliers for pricing and availability of non-stock items
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Previous experience in customer service or client support
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
