We are seeking a multi skilled worker provide a high-quality, efficient, and safe maintenance and repair service across a range of building and site facilities. Carrying out a variety of tasks including basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, tiling, and general building maintenance, ensuring that all works are completed to required standards and within agreed timescales. Key Responsibilities * Carry out day-to-day reactive and planned maintenance tasks across various sites or facilities. * Perform general building repairs — including carpentry, plastering, painting, tiling, and basic plumbing/electrical work. * Conduct inspections to identify defects, report findings, and recommend corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, risk assessments, and safe working practices. * Maintain accurate records of all works carried out, materials used, and time spent. * Liaise with supervisors, clients, and tenants to ensure minimal disruption during maintenance activities. * Support refurbishment, renovation, and small project works as required. * Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good condition. * Provide emergency maintenance support when required (e.g., on-call rota). Background/Skills * Proven experience as a multi-skilled tradesperson, handyman, or maintenance operative. * Competence in at least two or more (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, painting, plastering, tiling, basic electrics). * Good understanding of building maintenance and repair techniques. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Full UK driving licence (if mobile role). * Commitment to health & safety compliance
