Our Management Trainee Scheme is designed for ambitious school and college leavers who are motivated, confident, and eager to build a long-term career in the construction industry.
We are recruiting trainees to work on projects across Bedford, Cambridge and Oxford, giving you hands-on experience in live environments where you’ll contribute from the outset.
What You’ll Do
As a Management Trainee at SDC, you will:
* Rotate through key departments to develop a complete understanding of how we deliver projects
* Work alongside experienced professionals across the full project lifecycle: from concept and planning through to delivery and completion
* Contribute to live construction projects while building commercial, technical and leadership skills
* Learn how collaborative working with our clients drives successful outcomes

You will receive:
* A bespoke training plan tailored to your qualifications and career ambitions (12 months to 3 years)
* Structured rotations across disciplines within the business
* Direct exposure to live projects and real responsibility

For the right candidates, we will fully fund part-time academic study, including apprenticeship pathways or construction-related qualifications

Qualifications
* Minimum GCSE Grade 4 or above in English and Maths
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Driving license preferred
