•Partner with the Reservations and Assistant Reservations Manager to provide constant support, training, and mentorship, ensuring the team consistently hits the highest standards.
•Champion accuracy and attention to detail across every reservation, maintaining our reputation for flawless bookings and guest satisfaction.
