EMEA Replenishment Specialist

As an EMEA Replenishment Specialist, you will handle replenishment and order entry for affiliates in Europe and outside of Europe. In addition to your daily tasks, you will take in charge reporting as OTIF and overdues.
You will report to the EMEA Replenishment Manager.
Key Responsibilities
· Analyse daily action messages with ASCP to determine whether to create requisitions.
· Verify the accuracy of forecasts/suggested transfers by the system.
· Manage associate stock (safety stock and customer orders and forecasts).
· Handle item set up (MTO, MTS, MTS0, ROP; safety stock, reorder point., BOD...).
· Negotiate with planning and production to achieve the best product manufacturing lead times and ensure their follow-up.
· Analyse and send the order portfolio to each receiving site to communicate deadlines (weekly).
· In case of emergencies, organise the direct shipment for the associate (drop shipment).
· Collaborate on lead times.
