What will I be doing as Business Change & Programme Manager? You will be responsible for group wide co-ordination to integrate a smooth transition through the transformation and integration programme. You will understand and communicate clear project objectives and lead throughout the full project life cycle. You will define and implement structured programme governance including programme artefacts. You will lead with confidence and conviction, and communicate in a clear, accurate and considerate manner. You will be responsible for attending and or leading stakeholder meetings to articulate project updates and potential concerns. You will lead business readiness and change management activities including impact assessment, readiness assessments and go/no-go. What skills and attributes do I need? Project management qualification preferred (e.g. Prince2, Agile, Scrum) Strong change management experience. Experience leading multiple projects in a professional service environment. Contingency planning experience and confidence managing the full project lifecycle. You will be experienced in stakeholder management. You will need to be naturally tenacious and diligent, with confidence to deliver clear and accurate communication at all levels, with a measured approached. You will require a compassionate and understanding communication style and deliver quality results in line with Dains core values. Why Dains?
