What you will do
You will offer day-to-day support to the wider motor finance brokers and our key account portfolio, which accounts for around 50% of our overall sales. Reporting to the Head of Brokers & Key Accounts, you will design and deliver tailored account support to ensure a "best in class" experience.
As an Internal Broker and Key Accounts Sales & Support Executive, you will provide proactive telephone-based internal sales support. Periodic visits with your line manager to UK introducers will be required to build rapport, review business performance, and drive continual improvements. Attendance at industry events and conferences may also be part of your role.
This role will be based in our Solihull office. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
What you will bring
* Sales support experience is essential.
* A proven track record in managing relationships via the telephone, preferably within financial services or automotive sectors.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to communicate confidently with customers and colleagues.
* A passion for sales, sales support, and delivering high customer service levels.
* A good understanding of customer outcomes and risk management when working with third-party introducers.
