The Role:
* Deliver engaging practical and theoretical lessons to learners
* Plan, prepare and assess learning outcomes
* Support and motivate students to achieve their full potential
* Maintain high standards of classroom and workshop management
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Strong industry experience in a construction trade
* Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent) – or willingness to work towards one
* A passion for education and learner development
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
