Conveyancing Lawyer — Position Overview
Lead, develop, and grow the conveyancing team while managing a varied caseload and playing a central role in the firm's strategic planning. This is a leadership position with significant scope to shape the firm's conveyancing offering and future.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and grow the conveyancing team, driving performance and best practice
* Manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters
* Play a key role in strategic planning and business development
* Mentor and support junior solicitors and conveyancers
* Integrate modern systems and new technology into the department
Requirements
* 5+ years\' PQE in residential and commercial conveyancing
* Proven experience managing or supervising a team
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to contribute to strategy
* Ambitious, business-focused, and keen to bring new ideas
* Client-focused with excellent communication skills
