About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Sales Support Account Manager to join a leading B2B technology and electrical solutions provider. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of client accounts, providing exceptional service and proactive support to maximize sales opportunities and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for allocated accounts.
2. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key contacts.
3. Manage incoming orders, queries, and service requests efficiently and professionally.
4. Identify and prospect potential new customers.
5. Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to develop new business opportunities, while also having the ability to prospect independently.
6. Generate and distribute B2B CRM-based reports for sales performance and pipeline tracking.
What We’re Looking For
7. Proven experience in account management, sales support, or customer service.
8. Strong organisational and administrative skills.
9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
10. Competent in Microsoft Office.
11. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
