The role of Caretakerwill include:
1. Undertaking general caretaking duties including cleaning, removing bulk waste and compliance testing, this may also include communal areas such as stairs, doors and windows.
2. Caretaking tasks to include litter picking and general upkeep, Bins stores, Dog bins, jetting
3. Working with customers to resolve issues and improve services
4. Communicating effectively with management and updating paper and electronic records daily
5. Ensuring tools and equipment are maintained in a suitable condition
Skills and experiences:
6. Experience in a similar role or completing similar tasks
7. Practical experience in operating hand tools and light machinery
8. Some experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads
9. Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
10. Excellent communication and customer service skills
11. This role will involve driving on company business. To drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence

22. Effective 1st April £26,442 per annum (rising to £27,833 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
