We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Admissions Advisor to join our team. Responsibilities
* Engage with prospective students through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
* Provide detailed information about programme offerings, admission requirements, and application procedures.
* Conduct informative presentations and workshops to educate potential students about the institution and its values.
* Assist students in completing application forms and gathering necessary documentation.
* Follow up with applicants to ensure timely completion of the admissions process.
* Collaborate with academic departments to stay updated on programme changes and developments.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students in the admissions database.
* Participate in recruitment events, open days, and career fairs to promote the institution.
Experience
* Previous experience in an educational setting or admissions role is preferred.
* Candidates with no experience are also welcome to apply.
* Strong skills in delivering presentations will be highly regarded.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
