As a crew member at McDonald's Five Lane Ends, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, preparing quality food products, maintaining cleanliness standards, and contributing to a positive and efficient restaurant environment. Quite simply, you'll be working in our fast-moving, high-energy environment and we’re looking for a genuine smile, enthusiasm, energy, plus an ability to connect with customers and make them feel valued.
Role involves working shifts including mornings, days, evenings, nights, and weekends - Earliest start of shift will be 4.30am-latest finish 2am.
Hourly rate pay is subject to age:
16-17years - £8.10per hour
18-20years - £9.60per hour
21plus - £11.44 per hour
Main Responsibilities
• As a Crew Member, you'll make it happen, whether you're preparing food, serving on the till or being out in the dining areas looking after our customers' needs.
• Provide friendly, fast and accurate service.
• Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
• Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect working.
• You will consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness.
• Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.
No Qualifications
Essential and Desirable Skills
• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a restaurant or retail setting, is preferred but not essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others.
• Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register.
• Willingness to learn and follow McDonald's standards and procedures.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
