A fabulous Nanny position has become available in Cirencester for a welcoming family of three. The ideal candidate will be confident and warm, looking for a long term position to become an integral part of the family. Honesty and a can-do attitude are qualities they are looking for along with someone who loves the outdoors and is an animal lover as they have two beautiful Labradors and a cat. They are open to a well established Nanny or someone who has worked in a nursery looking to pursue their Nanny career. They would like a nanny that is fun and proactive in their day.
This is a sole charge position, taking care of their gorgeous baby (currently 5 months old). He is a happy baby who loves a cuddle and they would like to find a passionate Nanny to help him thrive in his development by taking him to local classes and providing stimulating activities and a safe environment. This really is a great opportunity to work with a friendly family with some longevity. The parents are hardworking professionals, both work from home 2 days a week. When Mum is at home she would like to spend lunch breaks with you and the baby or going for a walk with you if she has time. They would like a nanny that is fun and proactive in their day.
They are looking for someone to start 3 full days in January 2026 but are open to someone starting 1-2 days a week from November or December.
Responsibilities
This is a sole charge role caring for a baby and supporting development through:
* Providing a safe, stimulating environment and age-appropriate activities
* Taking the baby to local classes and activities
* Engaging with the family to support routine and development
Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum experience level: 3 years in childcare, with some baby experience
* Paediatric First Aid certification
* Level 3 in childcare or above is preferred

* Days of work: Monday-Wednesday
* Hours of work: 30 per week

* Driving required: Driver with own car
* Pets in the home: 2 dogs (Labradors) and 1 cat
* Pay: Up to £28,080 gross per annum

Requirements & Compliance
For all roles with children and the vulnerable, you must have an up-to-date enhanced eDBS certificate which is registered on the update service, a 12 hour Paediatric First Aid Certificate and a minimum of two professional referees who are happy for you to share their contact details to our recruiters.
