SAP SuccessFactors Architect - Global Logistics Company
12+ Month Contract - Outside IR35 - Remote
£650 - £750 / day
Role Overview
The SAP SuccessFactors Architect will provide end-to-end solution design, governance, and technical leadership for a multi-module SuccessFactors implementation covering Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central, and Payroll (ECP). This role ensures architectural integrity, system scalability, and alignment with business processes in a logistics-driven HR environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead overall architecture and solution design for SuccessFactors across all implemented modules
* Define integration strategy, data models, and technical governance framework
* Provide expert guidance on SuccessFactors best practices, system capabilities, and configuration standards
* Oversee design decisions across Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central, Payroll, and integrations
* Validate functional and technical designs from implementation teams
* Conduct impact assessments for new requirements, changes, and quarterly releases
* Support data migration strategy and quality assurance
* Align technical design with security, RBP, compliance, and audit requirements
* Provide architectural oversight during build, testing, and cutover
* Serve as escalation point for solution design issues
* Ensure long-term maintainability, scalability, and system optimisation
Required Skills & Experience
* Must have SAP SuccessFactors experience
* Ideally have worked in the logistics sector
* Certified in multiple SF modules (Employee Central essential; others a plus)
* Strong understanding of SuccessFactors architecture, data models, and RBP
* Experience designing end-to-end HRIS landscapes, including CPI integrations
* Previous experience in complex, multi-site implementations (logistics or similar desirable)
* Strong technical documentation and governance skills
* Excellent communication skills for engaging HR, IT, and project stakeholders
Contract Details
* Status: Outside IR35
* Location: Fully Remote (Must be UK based but willing to travel on occasion both UK & Europe)
* Duration: 12+ months
