The Role
As a Construction Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in building and expanding our construction desk. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to establish the division and drive its growth. Responsibilities include:

Developing and growing a client base within construction

Leveraging existing engineering-sector relationships to cross-sell and expand into new markets
*
Proactively generating new business opportunities
*
Managing the 360 recruitment cycle across trades, labour, technical, and professional roles
*
Sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality candidates
*
Ensuring compliance and onboarding processes are completed to the highest standard
*
Helping shape the new division with your ideas, sector knowledge, and ambition
