Role Overview As Manufacturing Manager, you will take full ownership of production operations, leading a small team and driving improvements in efficiency, scalability, and quality. This is a hands-on leadership role, suited to someone who can balance strategic thinking with day-to-day operational delivery in a fast-paced SME environment.
