Job Description
Help us define the future of the UK heating and hot water industry! We aim to make home comfort more sustainable. Our role in Product Management is to ensure the success of our products now and in the future. We focus on defining, building, and delivering new products that support the UK’s decarbonisation of heating and hot water for domestic and non-domestic buildings.
Our Product Managers act as the CEOs of their products, responsible for defining and executing the company’s Product strategies (Price, Product, Place, & Promotion). Your 2-year Advanced Apprenticeship will provide exposure and development in the following areas:
* Product Strategy Development: Designing and building business cases that secure funding and capacity to deliver our UK product solutions within an optimal timeframe.
* Product Development & Market Launch: Collaborating with international teams and local sales regions to ensure our product concepts and marketing plans are successfully delivered and launched.
* Product Series Management: Optimising current product offerings to ensure profitability throughout their lifecycle.
Qualifications
Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, Economics, Product Design, Marketing, Psychology, or Politics.

Contract Duration: 2 years
Working Hours: 39 hours/week, Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 17:00, Friday 08:00 – 16:00, with a 1-hour lunch break
