We are working with a market-leading engineering group, formed through a recent merger and entering an exciting growth phase. They are looking for a Production Quality & Test Manager on a permanent basis to take ownership of production quality control and product testing across their pump manufacturing operations.
You will lead quality and test activities in line with ISO 9001 and LPCB requirements, ensuring products are manufactured, tested, and released to approved standards. You’ll manage the test function, oversee inspections, maintain calibration systems and support internal and external audits.

Job Description
Lead production quality and testing activities
Ensure ISO 9001 and LPCB compliance (fire pump systems)
Manage test personnel, procedures and certification
Oversee incoming, in-process and final inspections
Control non-conformances, corrective actions and documentation
Maintain calibration and test equipment compliance

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications
Experience working within an ISO 9001 manufacturing environment
Strong testing experience/background
Confident team leader with strong attention to detail
Background in pumps, rotating equipment, or regulated engineering (desirable)
