Chef De Partie Position
This picturesque and beautiful village gastro pub is looking for a creative and talented Chef de Partie to join their kitchen brigade. The property prides itself on serving only the best locally sourced produce, often from their own land. They are also known for their seasonal game dishes, prepared on-site by professional chefs.
The successful Chef de Partie must be creative, passionate about food and presentation, and flexible with a love for cooking. All applicants should be dedicated to maintaining high standards in this busy and popular gastro pub.
As Chef de Partie, you will report directly to the Head Chef in an inspiring kitchen environment.
Qualifications/Experience required:
1. NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent
2. Experience as a Chef de Partie
3. Passion for food and presentation
4. Hygiene certificate
5. Experience with fresh produce

This is a permanent position. Candidates must have a stable CV with traceable references, experience in handling fresh produce, and possess NVQ levels 1 & 2 or equivalent, along with a hygiene certificate.
