Boston Hale are hiring for a Financial Operations Manager for an organisation based in Chelmsford. The successful candidate will be qualified accountant with significant experience of financial operations.
Leading the day to day financial processing operations
Managing credit control, accounts payable, and income teams
Managing up to 20 members of staff
Promoting the redesign and implementation of changes to working practices and procedures, to meet legislative and regulatory requirements
Analyse trends to inform decision making on key financial strategies and policies
Providing monthly management information for all areas of responsibility
Taking responsibility for technical accounting entries in the ledger and compliance with accounting standards and applicable rules
Managing relationships with key stakeholders
Maintaining and updating transaction processing policies
Identifying and making recommendations to improve value for money and financial control Qualifications:
