The Role
As Property Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive a professional and efficient service at all times. You will be the main point of contact, managing relationships, coordinating maintenance and ensuring full compliance across your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a portfolio of residential properties to a consistently high standard
* Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy lifecycle
* Coordinating maintenance issues and instructing contractors efficiently
* Ensuring all properties are fully compliant with current lettings legislation and safety standards
* Carrying out property inspections and reporting findings clearly and accurately
* Managing tenancy renewals and rent reviews
* Handling deposit disputes where required
* Liaising with the accounts team regarding rents and arrears
* Delivering a high level of customer service at all times
What We Are Looking For
* Previous experience as a Property Manager within residential lettings is essential
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
* A proactive and problem solving approach
* Full UK driving licence
