Your Responsibilities:
* Equipment & General Site Maintenance:
o Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on food processing machinery.
o Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues.
o Execute repairs and replacements to minimize equipment downtime.
o Deliver on Plant Uptime & Maintenance KPIs through planned maintenance.
* Electrical Work:
o Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems related to food production.
o Perform regular checks on electrical panels and components for safety compliance.
* Mechanical Support:
o Maintain and repair mechanical components like motors and conveyors.
o Collaborate with the maintenance team to enhance equipment reliability.
* Automation and Controls:
o Work with PLCs and HMIs to troubleshoot and improve automation processes.
o Implement upgrades for increased efficiency.
* Safety and Compliance:
o Adhere to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
o Stay updated on industry regulations and implement necessary changes.
* Documentation:
o Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
What We’re Looking For:
* Ability to work under pressure and manage contractors on site.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in FMCG is essential.
* Health and Safety / Basic Food Hygiene training.
* Willingness to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, including days and nights.
* Capability to handle machinery, including manual handling and working at heights.
