Salary:£60,500 per year (plus car allowance) Contract:Permanent, full time Your week: 36.25 hours (Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5pm) Location: Hybrid, with a weekly presence in our Milton Keynes office. This role will involve travel across the Home Counties and surrounding areas (Bedfordshire, Biggleswade, Milton Keynes,Northamptonshireand Hertfordshire) Snapshot of your role Work closely with senior leaders, including Heads of Service, RegionalDirectorsand trade union partners.
Lead the development,mobilisationand delivery ofAmpliusResponse, ensuring an effective repairs and maintenance service.
Support resourcing and workforce planning, including apprenticeships, in partnership with People Services.
Oversee operational performance, addressing underperformance and learning from complaints.
Manage budgets and financial processes, providingaccurateinformation for planning and monitoring.
Monitor KPIs to guide service improvements and ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements.
Whatwerelooking for Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
Proven experience managing large, mobile teams, including direct delivery repairs staff.
Senior-level experience within a high-performing maintenance or property services environment.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, resources, and cost-effective operations.
Skilled in performance management, risk management, and health and safety compliance.
Genuine interest in housing and alignment withAmpliusvalues.
Ability to engage, empower and support colleagues through change, with a personable and adaptable approach.
