We're Hiring: Treatment Coordinator (TCO) – Bespoke Dental, Reading

Bespoke Dental is looking for a warm, organised, and motivated Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to join our growing team.
As a leading cosmetic and general dental practice in Reading, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient experiences and truly life-changing smile transformations.
Your Role & Responsibilities
As our TCO, you'll be the first point of contact for patients considering cosmetic and general dental treatments. You'll guide them through their journey with us, ensuring they feel fully supported and informed at every stage.
Key responsibilities include:
* Welcoming new enquiries and converting them into consultations
* Conducting patient consultations to discuss treatment options, finance, and next steps
* Supporting patients in understanding their bespoke treatment plans
* Building strong relationships to ensure an excellent patient journey and experience
* Coordinating appointments and liaising with the clinical team for smooth scheduling
* Following up with patients to maximise case acceptance and maintain ongoing communication
* Handling financial discussions, including payment plans and treatment agreements
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in sales or hospitality is highly beneficial
* Dental experience is beneficial, but not required - full training will be provided
* Excellent communication and people skills with a caring, empathetic approach
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Confidence in discussing treatment options and finances with patients
* A proactive, positive attitude and ability to work well within a team

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £21,367.50-£42,479.01 per year
Expected hours: 35 per week
