Talk to us about how we can best support youThe Enterprise Architect plays a pivotal role in defining the long-term IT strategy for achieving business goals. Their understanding of the tech landscape sits alongside their stakeholder management and collaboration skills, ensuring that all functions are included in the creation of strategic solutions built with the future in mind. They drive the use of architectural thinking, providing guidelines, patterns and principles which teams can use to operate independently whilst still pointing towards common methods. Knowledge and understanding of the role of the Enterprise Architect and key aspects of the Enterprise Technology domain, particularly ERP strategy. Business architecture experience including strategy development and business process re-engineering. Ability to work across a matrix team environment and breakdown organisational silos. Can lead and manage strategically important projects. Takes a customer focussed and pragmatic architectural approach to business change, based on a sound understanding of the underlying approaches and processes. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders in technical subjects in a straightforward way. Able to produce consumable artefacts to engage with teams across both the Banners and Group. Experience of working with 3rd party solution providers including consultancies. Demonstrable understanding of how technical aspects of IT work with the ability to communicate and engage effectively, clearly, and concisely across all stakeholders and audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a real passion for delivering excellence.
