(Base £35,200 + Performance Bonus up to £4,800)

What You'll Be Doing
* Running the Home Day to Day – ensure safe, structured care and compliance with all standards
* Leading the Team – motivate, mentor and develop staff
* Championing Quality Care – oversee care plans and therapeutic approaches
* Managing Safeguarding & Reporting – take ownership of risk assessments and communication with professionals
* Driving Positive Change – help young people heal, grow, and move forward with their lives
What You'll Need
* NVQ Level 4 in Children, Young People, and Families (or equivalent)
* At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role in a children's residential home
* Strong understanding of safeguarding, therapeutic care, and regulatory compliance
* A full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle
* A genuine passion for improving outcomes for vulnerable young people
