Salary: Competitive (MPS/UPS + SEN allowance, depending on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time / Supply, Temporary to Permanent or Permanent (part-time considered)
About the Role
We are seeking passionate and dedicated SEN Teachers to join our supportive and inclusive school community in Surrey. Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to a range of SEN needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD).
* Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and external professionals.
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
* Maintain strong communication with parents/carers and contribute to review meetings.
* Support pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience working with children with special educational needs (in a school or specialist setting).
* Strong understanding of SEN strategies and inclusive teaching practices.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
