We are actively looking for a Building Safety Team Leader to join a charity organisation covering London area on a permanent basis. As the Building Safety Team Leader, you will be: Lead on the development and successful submission of a building safety cases Main point of contact with regards to fire safety within the property portfolio and other buildings Ensure that the programme of fire safety risk assessments is delivered and ensuing works ordered to specification and in accordance with the Fire Safety Strategy In conjunction with the Head of Property develop and implement the fire strategy including any relevant statutory documentation Building Safety Team Leader experience / qualifications: Previous fire safety background Social housing experience within the public sector NEBOSH General or NEBOSH fire Experience managing fire programmes and fire strategies As the Building Safety Team Leader, you will receive: £48000 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays Flexible/hybrid working Free gym/fitness benefits Employee discount and reward schemes Health plans Long service award schemes We are keen to see CV's from Building safety manager, Compliance manager, Health and safety manager and Compliance team leader.
