Care Worker (Female) at WMHC (Sponsorship Available)
WMHC are looking to hire a dedicated and compassionate female Care Worker that is fluent in Arabic. They are willing to offer sponsorship to an ideal candidate for this role.

Position: Female Care Worker
Salary: £11.44 per hour
Job Type: Permanent (Full Time and Part Time)

About the Role
At WMHC, they are looking for an experienced individual who is fluent in the Arabic language. The ideal candidate should be empathetic, honest, integrative, and have a positive mentality for the role, going above and beyond for others. The role involves supporting people within their social, physical, and wellbeing activities.
Previous experience as a care worker is not required as full in-house training and support will be given, but previous experience in care can be helpful.

Main Duties
* Personal Care (Showering, Bathing, Toileting, pad changes) and Dressing
* Meal preparations and Grocery Shopping
* Light household jobs (Washing dishes, laundry, vacuum)
* Assist and arrange prescribed medications
* Organise leisure activities and community interests
* Work with other multi-skilled workers to create a tailored Person-Centred Approach
* Completing the relevant documents on each visit such as: MAR chart, Care plan, Log book
* Promote positive healthy and independent lifestyle to improve overall quality of life.
Qualifications
* Hold valid driver’s licence and have your own vehicle (Preferred)
* At least minimum 1-year experience in Care Work is preferred.
* Tier 2 visa sponsorship available after 3-month probation completion
