DEPUTY MANAGER - CHILDREN'S RESIDENTIAL
Derby, NG10
Pay: £16.50 per hour plus £45 sleep rate. Annual Salary: Approx. £33,000 – £40,000 per annum. Hours: 160 hours per month.
We are recruiting for an experienced Deputy Manager to support the running of a 4‑bed EBD children's home supporting young people aged 8-17.

* Supporting the Registered Manager
* Leading shifts
* Safeguarding young people
* Staff supervision
* Care planning
* Maintaining Ofsted standards
Requirements
* Level 3 Children & Young People qualification
* Experience within Children’s Residential Care
* Strong safeguarding and leadership skills
* EBD experience preferred
