Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the reception team to deliver outstanding service
Oversee daily front desk operations including check-in/check-out procedures
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
Manage staff rotas, training, and performance reviews
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain accurate records using hotel management systems.
Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with health & safety policies
About You
Proven experience in a front office or reception management role within a 4-star hotel
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passionate about hospitality and guest satisfaction
Proficient in hotel software and Microsoft Office
Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
