Salary: Up to £40,000 (DOE) Hybrid working: Flexible split between office and home Career development: Full study support and access to an academy programme Culture: Energetic, driven, and supportive team environment About the Role You’ll play a key role in supporting advisers and paraplanners within a pod structure (1 adviser, 1 paraplanner, 1 admin), giving you exposure to complex client cases and a broad range of responsibilities. Unlike larger firms where tasks are siloed, this role offers variety and the chance to develop a diverse skillset. Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Managing client administration across pensions, investments, and protection Preparing and processing documentation for new business and ongoing reviews Liaising with providers and clients to ensure smooth service delivery Maintaining accurate records on CRM and other back-office systems Supporting advisers and paraplanners with compliance and reporting tasks What We’re Looking For Previous experience in financial services administration (IFA or wealth management preferred) Ability to work self-sufficiently in a high-paced environment Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach – cultural fit is key!
