I am currently partnered with a top London Law firm who are looking to bring on a Service Desk Analyst to their team. The role would be hybrid with a 1 week at home 1 week on site policy and the salary available is up to £34,000 p/a on call allowances Required experineceL * Excellent troubleshooting skills, with demonstrable general knowledge of hardware, such as laptops (Intune), and mobiles. * A minimum of 12 months' IT help desk support experience within a professional service * Experience of core Microsoft Office 365 products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams. * General understanding of legal software is advantageous. * Audio/Video conference knowledge desirable. * ITIL Foundation qualification desirable
