Are you a motivated self-starter with a passion for project management? We are seeking a dedicated Project Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be an integral part of a dynamic project team, working to deliver the redevelopment of the Lynfield Mount Hospital site. You will provide essential administrative and project-related support, coordinate key project activities, and ensure the smooth operation of the project office. The postholder will work from the Lynfield Mount site and/or New Mill as required, with ad-hoc remote working opportunities available.

Responsibilities
* Coordinate activity to support the project scheme, including facilitating project meetings and producing various types of project documentation.
* Establish and maintain the project office, project controls, and reporting mechanisms across all elements of the project and enabling schemes.
* Provide administrative and project-related support to the Project Management Team; update project plans and manage correspondence.
* Organise events and ensure smooth operation of project-related activities.
Location and Working Arrangements
The postholder will work from the Lynfield Mount site and/or New Mill as required, with ad-hoc remote working opportunities available.
