Skills and Experience
* Strong leadership and team management skills in automotive or similar industry
* Proven ability to deliver high customer satisfaction and effective management
* Motivational, coaching-based leadership style capable of on-the-spot training
* Experience with health and safety compliance standards
* Track record of managing high sales turnover and KPIs
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* IT proficiency with a willingness to learn in-house systems
* Good time management skills
* Valid driving license
