Our core business activities are teaching and learning, widening access to education, research and innovation and technology and knowledge transfer. - THE ROLE - The post holder will be responsible to the Head of Admissions for the delivery of a professional, digital first, proactive centralised admissions service at Ulster to prospective students, Faculties, Schools and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the Universitys recruitment targets. This will include leading the efficient management and continuous improvement of the service with a focus on the provision of a positive applicant experience. They will be responsible for contributing to the strategy, policy and processes for admissions and for ensuring that fair and consistent admissions policies are developed and applied. - ABOUT YOU - The postholder will be required to be: - A degree. - Experience of effectively working in a managerial role with responsibility for the provision of a professional admissions service in an HE context including the development of policies and procedures relating to admissions. - Experience of managing a significant admissions or service delivery function to include analysis of statistics and data to monitor and plan to meet targets and inform management decision making.
