Regional Support Manager
The Regional Support Manager is a specialist operational role responsible for the effective management of one or more Healthcare Ireland care homes, either in the absence of a substantive Home Manager or to provide targeted support alongside an existing Home Manager during a period of improvement or transition. Reporting to the Regional Director or Area Director, the postholder takes full operational accountability for the allocated home(s), ensuring residents receive safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care whilst driving measurable improvement against an agreed action plan and within defined timescales.
This demanding, high‑impact role requires a confident and experienced care home leader who can step into a challenging environment, quickly assess the position, build trust with residents, families and colleagues, and deliver sustained improvement across quality, compliance, people and commercial performance. The Regional Support Manager may also be required to register as the Home Manager with the relevant regulator for any home in which they are providing substantive cover.
Healthcare Ireland Group operates a network of care homes across England, Scotland and Wales, delivering person‑centred, compassionate and safe care. We currently have over 1,800 employees throughout our 25 homes and pride ourselves on the quality of care we are able to offer as a result of their commitment.
