Real Estate Tax – Manager

We advise real estate funds, global institutional investors, REITs, private investors, and the public sector on investment into UK and pan-European real estate, offering tax structuring, compliance, and due diligence advice across all real estate sectors including commercial, office, student housing, industrial logistics, retail, and hotels. Our expertise covers Stamp Taxes, Capital Gains, Inheritance Tax, and related niches.

A look into the role
As a Manager within our Real Estate Tax (RET) team, you will:
* Be part of a high-performing team with extensive tenure and experience in the sector. You will work with high-profile clients on challenging projects.
* Develop junior team members, understanding their career aspirations.
* Engage with major clients on multi-jurisdictional transactions, with deal sizes ranging from £60m to over £1bn, offering opportunities for rapid promotion.
* Own your work, lead client interactions, and collaborate with the broader tax teams, supported by partners and directors.
Knowing you’re right for us
The minimum criteria for joining as a Manager in RET:
* ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified or equivalent
* UK corporate tax experience, preferably in Real Estate
* Experience in monitoring and coaching junior team members
Preferred but not essential skills include expertise in tax structuring, international tax advice, business development, tax compliance, and setting up property funds including UK REITs.
