38.75hrs p/w; Mon 10:45 – 19:15; Tue 07:45 – 16:15; Thu 07:45 – 16:15; Fri 10:45 – 19:15; Sat 07:45 – 16:15. Flexible working options are available.
Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire the team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve performance targets.
* Create an environment where commercial success, operational efficiency, and safety are core.
* Take a hands‑on approach to all operational and commercial activities.
* Work as part of an area team reporting to the Area Manager, identifying opportunities and adding value to the brand.
* Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date communication to meet business needs.
