Description Join Epta UK Contracting department as an Administrator and play a key role in supporting the department as part of a team. You will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, working in a passionate team. This exciting permanent role is located at our Ringwood Office and offers hybrid working with 3 days in office and 2 days home working. Offering a salary of £27,000. The ideal candidate will be able to complete tasks, efficiently and effectively. A proactive and forward-thinking approach is required with a hands-on can-do attitude. You will answer to the head of Epta UK Sales & Projects Department but take day to day instruction from the Senior Administrator. Responsibilities Produce O&M and Site folders for new build and re-fit projects as required. Be proficient in all aspects of the departments administrative tasks including SAP system use, File management and day to day activities in order to support the team when needed. Maintain the contractor database and folders including qualifications and certification. Data entry and project compliance documentation. Your Journey (Skills & Competencies) Here at Epta we deliver high quality installations on site along with a high level of customer service, from first contact with a customer and initial survey through to completion and handover of a project. You will be an integral part of this process ensuring that tasks are completed to a high standard with Epta and customer processes and procedures followed. You will be presentable, polite and represent Epta via phone and e-mail learning and developing skills and knowledge and engaging with customers, main contractors, other Epta staff and other site trades. Excellent organisational, prioritisation and time management skills. Ability to cope with changing demands and working under pressure. Strong communication skills in all forms including written, verbal, e-mail, telephone A positive attitude, Self-motivated but also able to work as part of a team with good attention to detail.
