Partner/Director – Contentious Probate
TSR Legal are currently working with a Legal 200 law firm based in Cardiff who are looking for a Senior Solicitor to join a growing wider private client team specialising in contentious probate work. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of high-quality disputes while playing a key role in developing a thriving South Wales law firm.
The role will involve working with the wider private client and litigation team, where you’ll work closely with experienced colleagues on complex and often high-value matters, with real scope to shape your own caseload. You will be responsible for running your own caseload of contentious probate matters from start to finish, advising clients on disputed wills and estates, claims under the Inheritance act as well as executor and trustee disputes.
Our client is looking for a qualified Solicitor with at least 6 years’ PQE experience, solid experience in contentious probate, strong communication and client care skills, as well as a proactive approach to business development and networking. The role would suit someone looking to step up to the role of Partner/Director or an individual currently occupying such position.
