Residential Conveyancing – Edinburgh (Assignment 17265)
1. Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including purchases, sales, remortgages, and title transfers; support wider private client services.
2. Oversee conveyancing paralegals, daily department operations, and mentor junior staff/trainees.
3. Require 3+ years PQE, strong communication, organisational skills, and familiarity with legal software.
Property – Edinburgh/Highlands (Assignment 13187)
4. Handle a range of commercial and residential property matters.
5. Open to varying experience levels, including broader chamber practice backgrounds.
6. Must have interest in and commitment to living/working in Edinburgh or the Highlands.
Partner, Commercial Property – Edinburgh (Assignment 15554)
7. Lead on complex commercial property matters: finance, investment, sales/purchases, leasing, and disputes.
8. Suitable for senior lawyers with 10+ years PQE and strong commercial property experience.
9. Opportunity to join a respected team, with potential to bring a client following.
Insurance – Edinburgh (Assignment 18012)
10. Advise on insurance and regulatory matters, draft/negotiating agreements, and support strategic projects.
11. Minimum 2 years PQE, adaptable across general and life insurance products.
12. Strong commercial awareness, technical skill, communication, and collaborative mindset required.
Real Estate/Energy – Glasgow/Edinburgh (Assignment 16463)
13. Advise on energy and infrastructure projects, including solar, battery, carbon capture, and transmission infrastructure.
14. Require 2+ years PQE with Scottish or dual qualification and property experience in DCOs/CPOs.

Land and Rural Business – Edinburgh / Glasgow / Perth (Assignment 14793)
16. Advise on crofting, agricultural holdings, and purchase/sale of estates and farms.
17. Contribute to marketing, business development, and team support across multiple offices.
18. Minimum 3 years PQE; full-time, part-time, and flexible arrangements considered.
Rural Property – Edinburgh or Aberdeen (Assignment 18815)
19. Advise on rural property transactions, agricultural tenancies, estates/farms/forestry, and renewable energy projects.
20. Manage workloads, maintain client relationships, and support business development initiatives.
21. Require 2–5 years PQE, strong communication, organisation, and proactive client care skills.
