Account Manager – Business Finance
Location: Chester
Package: £28,000 basic salary + uncapped commission
The Opportunity
We’re representing one of the UK’s fastest-growing commercial finance brokerages, based in Chester. Known for their ambitious culture and award-winning reputation, they’re now looking to hire a driven Account Manager to join the team.
This is a proactive sales role focused on sourcing, structuring, and closing a wide range of commercial finance deals. You’ll be working across multiple sectors and funding products, with full training and ongoing support provided. There’s also plenty of opportunity to progress as the division grows.
Key Responsibilities
* Prospect UK business owners to generate new finance opportunities
* Structure tailored funding solutions across asset finance, loans, MCAs, and more
* Manage the full deal process from initial contact to drawdown
* Build relationships with introducers (e.g. accountants)
* Stay up to date with lender products and market trends
* Identify cross-selling opportunities across other divisions
* Accurately log activity and deal progress in CRM
* Hit personal revenue targets and contribute to team success

What You’ll Need
* Minimum 2 years’ of experience in a direct sales position, ideally B2B focused
* Proven success in outbound sales and pipeline management
* Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients
