Van Driver
Working any five days out seven
Day Shifts: 05:00 - 08:00 start times
Night Shifts: 22:00 - 02:00 start times
£12.86 - £20.06 per hour
People Solutions are recruiting van delivery drivers on behalf of our well-established retail client based in South Elmsall, Pontefract.
Rates of Pay
Days: £12.86 per hour
Days Overtime after 45 hours £16.72 per hour
Nights: £15.43 per hour
Overtime after 45 hours £20.06 per hour
Day to day duties
Making high volume multi drop deliveries
Driving delivery vans safely and efficiently
Load your own vehicle at start of shift
Store deliveries and collections
Complete vehicle checks
Ensure all loads are safe and secure
Essential skills
Must have a valid UK Category B Driving Licence
A minimum of twelve months' experience of van delivery driving
Need to be able to communicate effectively
No more than six points for MINOR offences
Great work ethic
Desirable experience
Multi drop delivery experience is preferred but not essential
Training
Candidates must pass a driving assessment to be successful for this role
