Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service & Projects Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our servicing & projects department by ensuring smooth operations and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams within the business.
Responsibilities
* Assist the servicing & projects team in managing customer accounts and processing orders efficiently.
* Coordinate communication between the service engineering team and clients to ensure timely responses and resolution of inquiries.
* Maintain accurate records of service, update, compile & issue service reports, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks in the CRM system.
* Prepare project documentation (i.e. Induction and RAM packs) and logistics to support engineering team.
* Organise and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the field service & project team.
* Partial Purchasing requirements for project materials & assisting in maintaining van stock.
* Conduct market research to identify potential leads and assist in lead generation efforts.
Skills
* Strong professional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with File-maker CRM software.( training provided)
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Problem-solving mindset with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
* Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is advantageous but not essential.
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are highly valued.

Pay: £24,420.00-£34,500.00 per year
