Finance Manager Birmingham (Newtown) - office based £40,000 - £45,000 p/a DoE Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a family-run, rapidly growing, training provider in the Newtown area of Birmingham. They are looking for a Finance Manager to head up their day-to-day financial operation. This is a standalone position that requires someone that has the ability and passion to still do the day-to-day tasks, but also the ability to do budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Duties and responsibilities of the Finance Manager will include (but are not limited to):
* Day-to-day running of financial operations
* Full ownership of the invoicing process
* Full purchase and sales ledger accounting
* VAT returns
* Budgeting, forecasting, and reporting duties
* Credit card reconciliations, expenses, and credit control
* Play a key part in the strategic financial running of the business
The person:
* Finance management role within SME environment
* Enjoys the day-to-day 'nitty gritty' of finance in a standalone role
* Experience within a family run business is desirable
* Experience with Sage 50.
* Happy in the office 5 days a week.
