Responsibilities
- Coordinating precontract activities and preparing documentation in line with governance requirements
- Acting as a point of contact for clients during the precontract phase
- Supporting project initiation, risk identification and documentation control
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary construction consultancy
- Strong organisational, communication and time‑management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and task management tools
- Knowledge of building safety regulations and precontract processes
